  • Q1) How do I know your products are genuine, are there any certificates available?

    Ans:- All Probayan sarees are authenticated by Silkmark and Handloom Mark. Aside from these accreditations, it is our endeavour to promote and nurture the handloom sector, and talented weavers, most of whom have worked in this trade for generations.
  • Q2) Where do you ship?

    Ans:- We ship nationwide as of now! So, wherever you stay in India you can stay connected to us and the Probayan sarees.
  • Q3) What are your shipping charges for domestic shipping?

    Ans:- Absolutely Free Shipping
  • Q4) When can I expect my order?

    Ans:- We ship out the products within 7 days from the date of placing the order.
  • Q5) How can I check the status of my order? Is it possible for me to track my order?

    Ans:- Once the order has been handed over to the courier agency, www.probayan.com will email you a tracking code, along with the website link which will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment. The tracking code may take 24 business hours to activate on the tracking website. Please login and click on your orders, or call us on our helpline. We are here to help!
  • Q6) How do I send a Probayan product as a gift?

    Ans:- Get in touch with us and we will be happy to giftwrap your product, add a personalised card and route it to the gift recipient's address!
  • Q7) What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

    Ans:- Please click “Forgot your password? “ link in the customer login page , input the email id registered with us and we will send you a mail to reset your password.
  • Q8) How do I change my username or email address?

    Ans:- You will not be able to change your username or email address given.

  • Q10) Do you have cash on delivery option?

    Ans:- No.
  • Q11) Can my billing address and shipping address be different?

    Ans:- Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, www.probayan.com does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the Postal code / Zip code.

  • Q12) Are the colors or products shown on the website accurate?

    Ans:- Products on www.probayan.com are handwoven and specially created and handpicked for you. Due to the intricate and unique nature of the ethnic products available on our website, we take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor / mobile phone screens / laptops etc and the actual product.
